We proudly offer international shipping! Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in China.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days.

• Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.

3. Shipment Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually updates within 48-72 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

LuluFluffyJoy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
